Hi everyone!
I know I’ve not posted to the blog since before the Northeast Equine Expo (egad, a few months!)…and that’s because I have been busy with farm things this summer. My dog, Connor, is healed and doing well. He acts like a two-year-old again now that the tumor has been (mostly) removed. Alf is hanging in there and happy as a clam. We changed his diet and he’s put on some of the weight he lost over the winter, so I’m pleased about that.
I’ve been busy with wildlife rehab, my horses, and my garden, which is thriving! Now the farm is beginning harvest with potatoes being dug for potato chips. Summer, for me, has never been conducive to writing. It’s more of an active time, as it is for most of the rest of you who share your lives with horses.
When the weather closes me indoors again, I’ll be back to blogging. In the meantime, I have a few announcements concerning my fall schedule:
September 12th – I will be judging the Fall Driving Show at Caernarvon Horse Park for the Barneveld Horsemen’s Association, Barneveld, NY.
November 3 – 7 – I will be at the Syracuse Invitational at the Oncenter in Syracuse, NY. Stop by my booth!
November 11 -14 – I’ll be at the Equine Affaire in Springfield, MA.
Hope to see many of you at one or more of these events!
Be Well,
CLM
